You will gain a solid foundation of knowledge for further work in Premiere Pro, thoroughly understand the tools and workflows within the program, and gain the skills to process real video material. So you can independently solve creative problems of varying complexity.

Classes are held in a computer class equipped with MacPro.

COURSE PROGRAM

Lesson 1.

Beginning of work.

Premiere Pro interface. Start screen. Creation of a new project. Windows, panels and frames. Scaling panels. Autosave setting. Project settings.

Import of material.

Traditional Import Window and the Benefits of the Media Browser. Hover Scrub Mode. Scalable clip icons. Working with files without re-encoding.

Lesson 2.

Organization of source material.

Sorting clips. Working with beans. Bin display modes. View clips in Source Monitor. Working with entry-exit labels. Create subclips. Application of markers. Setting up the workspace.

Rough cut.

Trimming, timeline and Program Monitor. Creation of “oblique” gluing (J-cut / L-cut). Detection of black fields in the sequence. Replacing the clip and replacing the original material.

Multi-chamber editing.

Camera synchronization options. Switch cameras. Select a sound source. Synchronization correction. Finalizing the multi-camera.

Lesson 3.

Working with sound.

Adjusts the audio level of the clip. Track mixer and clip mixer. Types of audio tracks. Keyframes by sound, clip and track. Mono and stereo sound.

Voiceover recording.

Settings.

Configuring the system, keyboard keys and buttons in the interface.

Lesson 4.

Titles.

Text options. Creation of a creeping line and a drum.

Arranges text along the curve. Working with vector objects.

Transition effects (transitions).

Apply transition effects to one or more clips. Change the length of the effect. Configuring transition parameters in the Effect Controls window. Applying crossfades. Types of audio fades.

Video effects.
