Objectives:This course is an intense 3 year degree programme for imparting education and training in editing for film & television at professional levels. It is the editor’s ability to work with shots and tell a story that makes all the difference regardless of the editing system used. Though hands-on practical training, students are taught the fundamental and aesthetic principals of editing for film and television. Full fledged training on film editing, linear editing and non-linear editing will be provided. Basic of compositing, special effects and titling will be taught.
